A sensor, not a camera
BoothSight is built to pass show management review and to respect the people walking past your booth. Every design choice starts from the same rule: count people, never record them.
How the sensor works
The device is a depth sensor: it projects an eye-safe infrared pattern and measures distance, producing a field of depth points rather than a photograph. Detection runs on the sensor itself, and what leaves the device is a stream of anonymous positions and timestamps. There is no image to leak, subpoena, or breach, because no image is ever formed into the pipeline that leaves your booth.
What show management sees
We provide a compliance fact sheet for your booth binder and a pre-show notice you can send to show management describing the device, its output, and its Class 1 eye safety rating. The sensor observes only your own contracted floor space; anything detected outside your booth footprint is discarded on the device before it is ever counted.
What we store
Counts, dwell durations, zone timings, and time-bucketed position bins — the raw material of your reports and nothing else. Your show data is archived under your account so future shows can be benchmarked against it, and it contains nothing that could identify any individual visitor.
